4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on rh999 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method you previously used to deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on rh999 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• Before the bonus amount can be used, a total wagering requirement of 10x the combined deposit and bonus must be completed.
• The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is a one-time offer.
• Not all games can be played with bonus funds; check with the support team to find out whether the bonus applies to a specific game.
• No withdrawal may be made before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

rh999 regularly provides various promotional offers for users. Each offer has its own terms, which are published at the time the offer is announced. rh999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any attempt to abuse bonuses, engage in fraudulent activity, or claim bonuses through multiple accounts is detected, the accounts involved may be cancelled and deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited.

The rh999 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier based on your regular and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the relevant account. rh999 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

7.1 General Gaming Terms

Each game on rh999 has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to know them before starting a game. If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault or network issue, rh999 will attempt to resolve that session in an appropriate manner.

7.2 Fair Play Policy

rh999 believes in fair play. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial strategies.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical fault to influence the outcome of a game.
• Colluding with other users to fraudulently produce a favourable outcome.

7.3 Technical Faults

If any technical fault produces an abnormal or incorrect game result, rh999 reserves the right to cancel that game session and return the wagered funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rh999 platform and may result in account cancellation:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Registering an account using a false identity or information.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using hacking, malware, or any harmful software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Carrying out any activity intended to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Behaving in an inappropriate, offensive, or threatening manner towards rh999 staff.

If any of the above activities are detected, rh999 may immediately cancel the account and notify the relevant authorities.
